About Summit Mining & Equipment Inc.

Welcome Friends,
We’re the Prochaskas and in the summer of 2009 we founded Summit Mining and Equipment Inc. After 10 years of prospecting ourselves and building our own equipment we ended up with the perfect design for a personal trommel. Some have even called it the “Cat’s Meow”. Finally, after enough requests from fellow prospectors to build them one we realized that we might be on to something.
Since the Spring of 2010 we’ve been attending the GPAA Gold and Treasure Shows around the Pacific Northwest and the ICMJ Gold Prospecting & Mining Summit, if you are ever around please stop by and say “Hi!”
We also recently opened a store front in Boise which you are welcome to visit any time. For hours and directions please visit our contact us page.
We are committed to making the gold prospecting world a better place. We appreciate you stopping by to check us out and hope to see you around someday.
Cheers,
Darrell, Dan, Rae Jean & Cherie Prochaska

Hello,
I have been looking around your websight and might be interested in one of your pro gold traummels. I have a couple of questions.
1. Are the prices for the traumels a set price or are they negotiable?
2. Do I need to buy a pump and if so can I buy that through you?
I am a weekend prospecter and am thinking about upgraded my small sluice…is this the sluice for me?
Any other information would be great.
